Be a part of the Academy at the Farm, an “A” Rated School established in 2002 Academy at the Farm (AATF) seeks High School Founding Team Members to provide high expectations, structure, and accountability to ensure all students meet or exceed learning and leadership goals. They are committed to improving their practice to provide all students with the best educational experience. Our team members must be committed to continual learning, constant reflection, and feedback. They are a critical part of the founding team of the AATF High School, which includes planning, designing, and implementing the curriculum and school philosophy aligned with AATF’s character traits. We invite you to become a vital member of the new AATF HS set to open in the school year 2025-2026. Currently, we are recruiting for: • High School ELA Teacher • High School Math Teacher QUALIFICATIONS: ➢ Must be certified to teach high school in the content area (multiple certifications are appreciated!) ➢ Masters Degree is a plus ➢ Preferably experience with high school ➢ Training in Kagan, Project-Based Learning/Experiential Learning, AP, Dual-credit, Career Technical Education (Nice to have) If interested, please email bwilhite@academyatthefarm.com
