Faculty Affairs Specialist

Elon is seeking a Faculty Affairs Specialist is primarily responsible for the successful implementation and compliance of the collective bargaining agreement by union members and the university. The Faculty Affairs Specialist will serve as the primary liaison between academic affairs, human resources, and departments as it pertains to the collective bargaining agreement and immigration work. This position also handles some general faculty data management and assists with full-time faculty hiring.

Educational requirements: a degree in a related field and a minimum of five years’ experience in a university or HR setting. Advanced training in labor and/or faculty relations will be considered a positive in preparing for success in this position. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
