Elon University is seeking an Assistant Director for First-Generation Student Support Services. This position will be responsible for providing administrative oversight and management of all operational, programmatic, and budgetary aspects of First-Generation Student Support Services, Elon University’s first-generation initiative. A good candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage and administer the First-Generation Student Support Services budget, chair the First-Generation Steering Committee, and work concurrently with other Elon University Departments to accomplish a variety of tasks. A Master’s degree is required. Significant experience in access and success initiatives is preferred. Applications will be accepted until August 10th.
