Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with our Christian values and educational standards. 
• Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, respected, and inspired to learn.
• Spiritual Guidance: Integrate faith-based teachings and principles into daily lessons, fostering spiritual growth and character development. 
• Individualized Instruction: Cater to the diverse learning needs of students through differentiated instruction and personalized support.
• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to support the holistic development of each child. 

Job Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Eligible for a teaching certificate or license
• Strong commitment to Christian education and values

Gateway Christian Academy, "A Ministry of Gateway Church," was established in January 1993 as a preschool designed to be an outreach of Gateway Church and has since grown into an Elementary as well. The academy operates as a part of the total education ministry and corporate structure of Gateway Church. Our mission and vision as we grow is to continue to partner with families as we develop the whole child for excellence.
