Little Rock, AR 72211, Attn: HR, Refer to Ad#ES Computer Systems Administrator (Little Rock, AR) Job Duties: Install, configure, and support a local area network consisting of servers, computers in computer labs, staff laptops and chrome books for secondary school students in the school. Ensure internet connectivity; monitor network availability to all system users and provide necessary maintenance to support network availability and capabilities. Establish and manage computer security protocols. Analyze and resolve breaches in network security, using firewalls and the techniques of forensic computer analysis. Troubleshoot network failures. Analyze computers to improve speed and performance. Ensure technical support to charter personnel for use of technical equipment and immediate support to charter staff with technology problems and questions. Act as a liaison with charter technology personnel; manage computers in campus labs and classrooms and arrange for needed repairs; maintain updates to technology equipment. Help in the organization and dissemination of technology materials for instructional use; ensure that the charter inventory of computer and lab materials is kept accurately and manage technology repair parts inventory. Gather, manage, and file all hardcopy and computerized reports, records and other documents required by charter, state, and federal policy; abide by all policies established by federal and state law that apply to charter schools. Create database tables and establish links to provide administrators, and other users with reports or information. Requirements: Master’s degree in computer science or computer Engineering and 1 full year of full-time experience in the job or as Computer System Administrator in an educational institution.
