Millikin University Positions

Millikin University is seeking qualified applicants for a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will provide leadership, coordination, planning, assessment, and administrative oversight of the operations. This position will establish and implement short-and-long-range organizational goals, objective, and strategic plan, policies, and operation procedures. Millikin is also seeking qualified applicants for a Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in addressing our strategic campus initiative to nurture a welcoming and inclusive campus and will service as an advocate regarding benefits, policies, and practices that would have a positive impact on employees, as well as an advisor and strategic partner to the university administration.
