Ticonderoga Central School District is recruiting for a Director of Facilities II to oversee the operations and maintenance of District facilities to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Duties will include, but are not limited to, planning, oversight and evaluation of building and facility maintenance; mechanical repairs, custodial services, supervising and scheduling staff, budget preparation and procurement recommendations. They will be responsible for developing maintenance (maintenance, modification, preventative) and repair plans, coordinating service contracts and projects, and integrating maintenance and custodial staff activities. The successful candidate will need to be on the active Civil Service list for “Director of Facilities II”, but not required at the time of application. Starting salary $65,000 - $75,000, actual salary will be commensurate with credentials and experience. Position includes NYS retirement and outstanding health insurance benefits.
